Not only will you learn more about sight loss and how to guide a blind person, but you will learn how as a company you can and should accommodate visually impaired people within your business.

Mentoring and Support

We are also keen to work with companies to secure work placements or mentoring opportunities for our visually impaired clients. Do you have suitable opportunities and are you willing to learn why sight loss should not mean job loss? Our Employment Development teams have all the expertise you will require regarding employing visually impaired people in the workplace, with tips on practical training and understanding the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
