How Action for Blind People's Legal Helpline can help
We will put you in touch with a specialist lawyer who will discuss your problem with you and advise you in relation to action that can be taken.
The initial interview will be free. If there is a legal case to answer, then you will be able to discuss the cost implications and how it can be financed.
The lawyers providing advice through the Legal Helpline are not employed by Action for Blind People; they are from independent law firms with whom we are working, and we are confident in recommending them to you.
However, after the initial discussion, you are free to choose another solicitor for advice in relation to your case, and you can identify a suitable firm by contacting the Law Society.
